Costs do vary depending upon the method of application you choose, the length and also the amount of hair required. It will also depend on the time taken by your Racoon Certified Extensionist and they will set their own charges. This will depend on which system you choose, as some require re-fitting ooner than others and it can depend on how quickly your own hair grows and also how well you look after them. But on average 4 – 8 weeks. All the hair can be re-used several times, so you will only need to pay for the ‘upkeep’ appointment.

We always recommend that regardless of which method you choose you should get your certified Racoon Extensionist to remove your hair extensions. All the systems are easy to remove – but do not attempt it yourself or you could damage your own hair.

Racoon Luxe Hair Extensions are scientifically proven not to damage the hair fibre when fitted and removed by a Racoon Certified Extensionist. You must also look after your extensions as per our homecare brochure to ensure that you don’t cause any damage to the extensions or your own hair.

All of our systems – Bond, Link, Tape, Weave are designed to be as invisible as possible and because we can match any hair shade they will perfectly blend with your hair.  The hair we use is such good quality that it looks and feels like your own.

You will have to make a couple of adjustments to your usual routine, to ensure that you treat the attachments with care, but once you get used to that it is very easy and in fact most Racoon Luxe hair extensions wearers report that they need to wash and style their hair less often than when they aren’t wearing them.

It is very important to us that your Racoon Luxe Hair extensions are only fitted by a Certified Racoon Extensionist because improper fitting or removal could damage your hair.  You will also want to get the very best colour match so our Certified Extensionist will be able to exactly colour match to your hair and recommend the best fitting method for your lifestyle and desired result.

Our Xtend Haircare products have been specifically formulated to ensure your attachments remain strong and that the hair remains in the optimum condition throughout the time you are wearing it.  They are sulphate free as Sulphate products can also alter the colour of your extensions.

Avoid pulling or adding undue tension to your hair extensions so always be careful with the attachment site.  Avoid products with a lot of Alcohol which can affect the bonds, avoid direct contact with Sulphate Shampoos, Perfume, or SPF sun tanning creams as these can discolour the hair.
