Hair Orders (Professional Account Holders only)

All express orders placed before 3pm are eligible for the same day despatch Orders up to 2kg in weight can be sent to most UK postal districts for deliver the next working day including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man (not Eire). Orders placed before 3pm on Friday are guaranteed for deliver on the following Monday (Tuesday if required). Saturday services are also available to some areas of the UK if required.

Delivery Notes

Offshore services to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are normally delivered the next day but may take up to two days in exceptional circumstances. Racoon International are proud to work with the leading logistics companies in the UK. Our delivery partners consistently deliver our packages in time over 99% of dispatched deliveries. All parcels that are dispatched are fully tracked to their destination and in most cases are allocated at one-hour delivery window, notified to the receiver by email or text message. In the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed, please contact your account manager and if you have an alternative delivery option not registered with us, kindly ensure it is a safe environment as we won’t be responsible for the item.

Racoon International’s trading terms are strictly payment with order.

Special Orders & Custom Blending For all Special Orders please allow 15 working days from order placement to despatch

For Custom Blending please allow 48 hours from order placement to despatch Due to the nature of custom blending and special orders we politely advise that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable

Returns

Goods supplied by Racoon International will be accepted for credit under the following circumstances:

• If supplied within the past 4 weeks and returned in the original packaging (including the original ties in the case of hair)

• A 30% handling fee will normally be charged in cases of goods faithfully supplied but which are no longer required, minimum return quantity of hair is 25g.

• The relevant invoice number is provided with the returned package.

• Goods are returned to Racoon International at the cost and risk of the customer. We recommend using:- Recorded Delivery, Guaranteed Delivery or Registered Post (full details obtainable from the Post Office)

• Racoon International cannot be held liable for non-delivery of returned items

• Bespoke colour matching service: multiple hair colours which are blended specifically for an individual client are non-refundable. • Any goods that are returned which do not meet our returns criteria will not be accepted and postage to return to sender will be charged.
